Senior Administrator - Client Support - Financial Planning – Mercer Private Wealth
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator who has experience working for an Independent Financial Advisor to join our Mercer Financial Planning team. The team offer several solutions that can be either face-to-face financial planning for High-Net Worth individuals, telephone based financial advice & guidance and Retail Investment Management solutions to financial planning clients.
Please note that this position can be homeworking or on hybrid basis in either London, Bristol, or Bournemouth

We will rely on you to:
• Working together with the Financial Planners, Client Support Manager, Paraplanners and Administrators to ensure a smooth workflow for your team.
• Ensuring client service agreement requirements are met and procedures adhered to.
• Maintaining and updating our database
• Handles Ad hoc client queries
• Dealing with technical aspects of client queries and helping / assisting the administrators.
• Check new business applications
What you need to have:
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail
• High self-motivation with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Competent in the use of MS Office applications
What makes you stand out:
• Currently working for an IFA as an Administrator or as part of a Client Support team working on a high case load
• Currently working towards or attained a CII Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning
• Experience working on Intelligent Office would be desirable
