An exciting new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Staff Nurse – Dialysis to work in a reputable, exceptional private hospital based in the South Kensington, London area. You will be working for one of UK’s leading health care providers

**To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin**As a Nurse your key duties include:

·        Carry out planned care for a group of patients without direct supervision

·        Ensure the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of evidence based, individualised patient care

·        Assist and advise unregistered staff in the delivery of care

·        Maintain accurate clinical observations of the patient and act accordingly

·        Undertake nursing procedures

·        Contribute to the health and safety of patients and their environment, monitoring and maintaining cleanliness of the care environment

·        Communicate with staff, patients and visitors

·        Adhere to patient confidentiality

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

·        Experience of managing and leading a team of nurses

·        Awareness and Understanding of NMC code of professional conduct

·        Ability to lead a multi-disciplinary team

·        Have a positive and dynamic approach to providing safe and effective delivery of care

·        Demonstrable clinical experience in Nephrology nursing

The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £32,390 - £39,330 per annum. We currently have vacancies for both days and night shifts available. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
