Pure is dedicated to great-tasting, seasonal, fast-food. Every Pure store has a working kitchen where, every day, we make all our salads, wraps, flatbreads, and breakfast items. We make juices and smoothies and dress our salads in our Theatre Kitchen, in front of our customers.
We have eight shops in the West End, City and Canary Wharf. We are recruiting new people for ALL of our shops.
We are looking for enthusiastic, ambitious and energetic people to join our team IMMEDIATELY.
The job involves early starts and is mainly weekdays. However, you will also need to work weekends so you will need to be fully flexible in your availability.
The job is full time. We do not have any part time positions.
We believe in developing our team and promoting internally. The majority of our Managers/Assistant Managers are promoted from within the company and we are always on the look out for potential leaders.

Job description
Most of our products are handmade every morning so having experience working in cold food preparation or fast-food is an advantage, but not essential.
Your training will begin in our kitchen by preparing salads, wraps and flat breads until lunchtime. You will then serve our customers from our theatre kitchen during the busiest period of the day.
You will also be trained in how to serve our customers. Our front-of-house team looks after our guests, working on the tills and most importantly, making our customers feel welcome.
Pay & benefits
- Pay starts at £7.70 per hour
- This includes a bonus once you have finished training. The training period is two weeks and basic pay is £6.90
- After 12 weeks, hourly pay will increase to £7.85 and significantly beyond this level if you are promoted to one our key roles
- Daily food allowance for breakfast and lunch
- Other weekly bonuses, including an entertainment award if your shop performs very well
- 28 days holiday
- Lots of opportunities for progression
- Two big, company-wide parties a year!
