**To be considered for this you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with an active NMC Pin or an ODP registered with the HCPC**
As a Theatre Scrub Practitioner your key responsibilities include:
• Prepare and maintain a sterile field during urological surgical procedures, demonstrating meticulous attention to aseptic techniques
• Demonstrate advanced proficiency in a wide range of urological procedures, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of surgical techniques and instrumentation
• Stay current with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in urological surgery
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of urological surgical instruments and equipment
• Work collaboratively with surgeons, anaesthetists, and other members of the surgical team to optimise patient outcomes
• Advocate for the well-being and safety of patients throughout the perioperative process, ensuring a patient-cantered approach
• Adhere rigorously to hospital policies, protocols, and guidelines to maintain the highest standards of patient care, safety, and infection control

The successful Theatre Scrub Practitioner will receive an excellent salary £41,886.45 per annum. This exciting position is a permanent full time role working 37.5 hours a week. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
