Operations Manager
An outstanding job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Regional Operations Manager supporting our growing portfolio of homes in the East Anglia region which have predominantly private payers. The position will involve travel to care homes in the region
To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Nurse either RGN or RMN with a valid NMC Pin. **Will also accept non-nurses must have an NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care*
This health care company provides trusted care in the comfort of an individual’s home to allow them to stay living there independently. They offer a concierge service, hourly care or live-in care
As the Operations Manager your key responsibilities include:
• To develop excellent relationships with key contacts in our regions, specifically targeting the private market
• To be actively lead Sales & Business Development activities for all homes
• Ensure all services are fully resourced through effective recruitment management
• Undertake regular audits of the homes to ensure that financial and operational processes are appropriately implemented
• To undertake one-to-one reviews with branch managers to enhance and develop their business areas and skills
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
• Budgetary control, and have great leadership skills and inspiring attributes
• Must have a very in-depth knowledge and understanding of CQC standards and regulations with the ability of achieving and maintaining a Good CQC ratings of homes as well as the necessary skills and knowledge for the commissioning of new homes from inception to maturity
• You must be passionate about providing high quality person-centred care and be dynamic and driven individuals who have clear ambition to develop
• Proven experience in a similar role within the healthcare or care home industry
The successful Operations Manager will receive an excellent salary up to £70,000 per annum. This exciting position is a permanent full time role working 40 hours a week from 9am to 5pm. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
