Community Physiotherapist
An outstanding new job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Community Physiotherapist to work with one of UK's leading health care providers. As a Community Physiotherapist you will be working in an exceptional intermediate care rehabilitation service within the Luton area.
This special service is a community based service who provide assessments and rehabilitation to people aged 18 or over. The services aim is to enable patients to become as independent as possible after an illness or accident by supporting them after discharge from hospital or helping to keep them at home so they do not have to go into hospital.
As an Community Physiotherapist your day to day duties include:
· As a Physiotherapist you will be assessing and treating patients referred by all our health and social care stakeholders
· Providing a high standard of care and physiotherapy services to patients with diverse and sometimes complex conditions predominantly in their own homes and occasionally within care homes, nursing homes and inpatient rehab unit.
· Be responsible for providing specialist physiotherapy assessment, treatment and advice to an independent caseload
· Working closely with colleagues in this multi-disciplinary team and supported by senior physiotherapists across therapy Services.
The successful Community Physiotherapist will receive an excellent Band 5 or 6 salary. We currently have a Full Time position available. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:

To be considered for this position you must have a Physiotherapy degree qualification, and be registered with the HCPC
