Territory Profit Protection Manager (383dm) –South (Milton Keynes to Wembley) - Up to £45.0000

Our client, a leading and expanding retailer who due to expansion and growth are now looking to recruit a new Territory Profit Protection Manager to join their expanding and dynamic team.

DUE TO THE NATURE OF THIS RECRUITMENT CONSULTANCY, WE ARE ONLY ABLE TO REPRESENT INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE EX MILITARY.

You will be reporting to the Group Profit Protection Manager, and in this unique and interesting senior role, you will be fully responsible for all the company’s assets including buildings, stock, personnel, and costs in your region.

Therefore, your key responsibilities will include:
-Maintaining a high visibility within designated territory, as well as supporting your team of Area Profit Protection Managers
-Ensuring all audits are carried out correctly and in line with company procedure, which includes ensure all stock losses within your territory are reviewed, understood, and investigated.
-Carrying out investigations into suspected or alleged internal dishonesty and bringing them to a satisfactory conclusion.
-Carry out continuous training for managers and store personnel on security related issues and provide guidance as necessary.
-To ensure the adequate protection of company property which includes buildings and stock and make any recommendations considered appropriate to the Company

You will also be expected to carry out a variety of administrative roles, including:
-Ensuring you have a strong working knowledge of HR guidelines and policy, along with relevant criminal law and ensure this is passed down to your profit protection managers.
-Making sure all administrative paperwork is correctly completed and filed and that stores receive regular security compliance checklists.
-Maintaining all establishments compliance with company procedures and feedback is given where necessary.

You will also be expected to take a pro-active role in other security aspects such as:
-To ensure incidents of workplace violence are attended as soon as is practicable within 24 hours after the incident.
-To ensure appropriate advice is given to the staff involved and efforts are made to detect the offenders responsible
-To both install and assist with the installation of covert/overt CCTV systems as required
-To ensure all security related equipment supplied to branches are carefully maintained and utilised to the full.
-To prioritise workload, ensuring that all reports and investigations are completed within the deadlines set.
-To task out and manage the workload of the Area Profit Protection Managers.
-To liaise with outside Investigation Agencies including the Police as necessary.
-To ensure Crime Partnerships, BIDs and shared security services are utilised and deliver value for money
-To promote a healthy workplace culture and a culture of being open to change.
-To complete any other ad hoc tasks as set by the Group Retail Profit Protection Manager within their current levels of responsibility

The ideal candidate would be someone who comes from an analytical and/or investigations, rather than a traditional Security background who is seeking to join a company where there is progression and ongoing development and who is seeking to join a company that has a lot of passion and energy.
