DUE TO THE NATURE OF THIS RECRUITMENT CONSULTANCY, WE ARE ONLY ABLE TO REPRESENT INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE EX MILITARY.
There may be requirements to travel at times to London and deal with senior stakeholders. Therefore, my client is seeking individuals who know how to conduct themselves in a multitude of situations and deal with stakeholders from all different backgrounds and cultures.
Due to the nature of the role a can-do attitude is a must, as there will be times that emails & phone calls must be made (out of hours) to clients and members of the company across the globe.
There isn’t a requirement to have been on ops for this role, but they are looking for individuals who have a firm understanding of information dissemination and the importance of getting the job done.

Job Summary
As an Operations Watchkeeper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the company’s 24-hour activities. You will be responsible for coordinating various administrative tasks, overseeing operations, and providing support to the team. You will need to be highly organised, detail-oriented and possesses excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The work pattern for this role will be 6-8 weeks training Monday-Friday 0900hrs-1700hrs, then nightshifts on a rotational shift pattern basis.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage administrative tasks, including document management, data entry, and record keeping.
• Assist in the implementation and improvement of operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate suppliers to provide effective communication and coordination of our service delivery.
• Prepare and distribute reports and relevant documents as required.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring clients are correctly informed and issues are promptly resolved.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Provide on-call rota duties
To be eligible for this role, you will need the following:
• Proven experience in an administrative or operations role is preferred.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle challenges proactively.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with team members, suppliers and clients.
