Business Analyst
A globally recognised firm are looking for a BA based in Manchester to join their team.
Responsibilities:
• Analyse impact of change requirements and provide recommendations.
• Identify and apply appropriate tools and methods.
• Analyse impacted business processes, identify pain points, assess feasibility of change, and recommend new approaches.
• Facilitate communication and discussion between stakeholders.
• Work with product owners to promote understanding of changes.
• Develop thinking with product owners on business outcomes.
• Ensure business perspective on delivery of technical capabilities.
• Develop and use knowledge of business to ensure product teams maintain a business perspective.
• Act as a key point of contact and liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements:
• Strong technical analysis skills.
• Strong elicitation techniques.
• Requirements management and traceability skills.
• Proven stakeholder management skills.
• Record of creating, maintaining, and improving business processes.
• Experience with JIRA/Confluence.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum
