Clinical Night Manager wanted

A great position has opened for a Home Manager to join a highly respectable Care Home that is based in Manchester.

The pristine home specialises in providing nursing, palliative, respite and convalescent care for people that are living with dementia, physical disabilities or sensory impairment.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £15.00 per hour with fantastic supplementary benefits.

You will be expected to oversee the staff team to ensure the highest quality of care is delivered to the residents, in the absence of the Home Manager.

You will be taking responsibility for leading the staff team and taking on an active leadership role, being a visible leader within the service. Developing and motivating the staff team, you will ensure the residents needs and wishes are being met. You’ll ensure the right prescribed medication is being administered and prepare incidents reports when required. As well as maintain the budget of the home and seek to identify opportunities to increase profitability. Ultimately you will ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements to strive to achieve the best possible car rating and other external recognition of quality.

What we want from you:

·         Qualified Registered Nurse with current NMC registration

·         Previous experience within a managerial position

·         Good communication and leadership skills

·         Knowledge of national standards and person centred care planning

To be considered for this role you must be a qualified Registered Nurse with a current NMC pin and previous experience within a managerial role.
