Person Specification
• The candidate will have an interest in some area of marketing such as brand management video, tv, production, online marketing or advertising or other media.
• The candidate will have a basic knowledge of marketing - ideally from a business perspective but certainly someone who is passionate about marketing or brands
• Direct Marketing B2B experience very desirable with experience of executing marketing campaigns
• The candidate may have some knowledge of branding, marketing or business
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to research, gather information and analyse campaign results
• Previous technical sales and marketing experience would be desirable.
• The candidate may have some interest of the real estate sector

Main Responsibilities Include:
• Develop marketing activity of the company in line with the company goals
• Working as a team, generating new marketing ideas & strategies
• Develop the brand image, & marketing of the company in line with the Brand Values
• To execute brand activities in support of the marketing plan
• To carry out day to day marketing & brand generation activities, as agreed in marketing plan
• To produce regular updates on activities and progress against objectives set
• To identify and action ways to broaden the brand in all areas
o To monitor key competitor activity and update the team using ad hoc and formal reporting methods
o To develop and manage outbound brand campaigns to generate sales leads.
o Research, gather information, create, write, prepare information to develop the brands.
• Ensure the effective brand communication activities are fully met to ensure our customers are fully aware of our services
• Develop practical Brand & Communication activities aligned with company goals;
• Market Research to analyse the needs to the target market, develop the product & brand offering accordingly.
