Our little story begins, when our sweet-toothed founders met at university. They soon found they both had the knack and passion for creating delicious, sweet things, so they set out to bless the world with something truly mouth-watering.
They had made the perfect cookie dough, which was nothing like the world had seen before.
With a top-secret recipe (hush hush!) and a one-of-a-kind baking method, MyCookieDough was born. Our cookie dough is freshly baked, with a soft gooey consistency that makes the taste buds squeal in delight.
2014 our Cardiff store was born, shortly followed by stores in Birmingham, Newcastle Upon Tyne, Leeds, Liverpool, Manchester, Westfield Stratford, Westfield White City in the UK and now we are going international.

As a Supervisor, you will coach the team to achieve exceptional customer service standards in partnership with the Store manager. You will oversee the operations and commercial practices of the store, both front and back of house, whilst maintaining harmony and efficiency in the store. Our Supervisors are encouraged to lead and drive the team along with the Store manager.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
● The Supervisor will maintain our stores' standards by ensuring the displays are well stocked, neat and tidy.
● To assist the Manager with managing the team performance and recruiting future talent and achieving financial results
● Overall management of the store on a day-to-day basis with the Store manager.
● Supervision of the customer experience, making sure that the service is up to standard, and staff are exceeding expectations.
● Quality control of all food, deserts and drinks.
● Maintaining the cleanliness of the kiosk, delegating tasks where necessary.
● Looking after all ordering, stock control and credit notes with the business’ finances in mind
● Managing staff rotas and holiday calendars with the store manager.
● Cashing up, banking and consolidating revenue reports
● Communicating clearly with Store manager.
● Ensuring health and safety records are adhered to and up to date.
● Demonstrate excellent communication and influencing skills.
● Identify ways to improve profitability.
● Be able to demonstrate an up to date and in depth understanding of the industry.
● Continually strive to achieve personal quarterly targets.
● Be uncompromising in achieving company standards.
● A hands-on Supervisor who works with the team to drive morale and happiness. You ensure that everyone feels their value
● Leading the team to success, instilling our core values.
● Working closely with all departments to ensure that all changes and updates are communicated efficiently
● Responsible for baking and preparing the products, including drinks – milkshakes, coffee and other hot drinks
● Support your team during busy times.
● You can always expect to have 48 hours on full time hours.
● Cleaning and ensuring the store standards are always kept well and adhering to brand guidelines
● Free uniform provided.
● Salary based on the experience
