Position for Clinical Charge Nurse

A great opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Charge Nurse to join a highly respectable Hospital which is located in Milton Keynes.

The hospital is around 90 bedded hospital providing care and treatment in a secure setting for those individuals with serious mental health problems who may have committed an offence as part of their mental illness.

For this role you must be a qualified Registered Nurse with relevant experience with professional training in a related environment.

If you are successful for this role, you will receive a competitive salary of £37,500 per annum with great additional benefits.

As a Charge Nurse you be a senior member of the multi-disciplinary team, where you will be responsible for the delivery of outstanding care to the patients. You will be expected to lead and mentor the junior members of the team, ensuring they deliver the highest quality of care. You will have excellent team working skills and a high level of self motivation. You must have a flexible approach with the ability to work well under pressure and rise to a challenge.

To be considered for this role you must be a qualified Registered Nurse with experience within a senior position in a clinical environment.
