A purpose-built nursing home,  the home offers a range of care and support plans for short or long-term needs. Care plans are tailored to the individual and include nursing care and palliative care as well as dementia, Huntington’s and Parkinson's care.

The successful candidate will be offered an excellent salary of £14.50 per hour  dependent on experience plus other great benefits.

Registered Nurse with valid Pin number, knowledge of National Standards and NMC code of practice. Not to mention a background in person centred care planning within a care home. A willingness to coach, guide and support your team on a daily basis, including providing formal and informal programmes of teaching to colleagues and other care professionals. A genuine commitment to adhering to the NMC Codes of Conduct and expanding your professional development. A respectful, courteous and compassionate nature and belief in giving your personal best at all times

To be considered for this excellent role you must be Registered Nurse and have experience in nursing.
