An exciting new job opportunity has arisen for a RGN, RMN or RNLD to join specialist care centre within the Northamptonshire area.

As a Nurse your day to day duties include:
· Ensuring all elements of resident experience are positive, from admission to discharge.
· Ensuring the highest possible standards of care.
· Assessing residents' needs and wishes.
· Developing services to enhance their quality of life.
· Building the positive reputation of the Business.
· Liaise professionally with visitors and other external stakeholders
· Participate knowledgably and professionally to all inspection visits, ensuring your team is ready at all times to do the same.
· Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory and best practice guidelines.
· Identify, investigate and resolve risks proactively.
· Act as a reflective and developmental practitioner by participating to continual professional development and meeting the requirements of professional revalidation.
An ideal Nurse will be very confident and hardworking and will have the following skills which would be beneficial for this role:
· Good Nursing Experience
· Excellent Clinical Skills
· Able to write Care Plans
· Able to show Empathy and warmth
· Able to carry out general nursing tasks such as Peg feeding, wound care, phlebotomy etc.
· Able to show a can-do attitude always
The successful Nurse for this role will be paid a competitive salary of £16.53 per hour and the annual salary for this position is £36,101,52. We currently have vacancies for both days or nights available. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
