Nurse
An excellent job has arisen for a registered senior nurse to work with one of the UK’s leading healthcare companies. As a senior Nurse you will be working in highly reputable service based in Northamptonshire.
Our client provides highly specialised neurobehavioral rehabilitation for males and females aged 18 years and older, with an acquired brain injury (ABI), including traumatic brain injury (TBI) and strokes.
As a senior nurse, your day to day duties will include:
· To ensure that high standards of resident care are consistently maintained at all times in accordance with agreed operational policies as a skilled member of the clinical team.
· To promote and safeguard the wellbeing and interests of all residents, employees and visitors.
· To assist Senior Staff in their management of the Unit and to provide effective leadership and management in their absence.
· To identify, plan, implement and evaluate care plans and treatment programmes offering rehabilitation care/services to residents through effective systems of documentation, communication and practice.
· To attend and contribute to the treatment planning meetings.
· To be responsible for the care and interventions implemented during each span of duty, and be accountable for their own actions and those of unqualified staff whilst on duty.
· To take on named nurse responsibility for residents.
· To plan, implement and evaluate nursing care of individual residents. To implement treatment and rehabilitation programmes and guidelines for individual residents.
· Take responsibility for the planning, running and documenting of sessions.
· To provide support, guidance and leadership for other members of staff on shift. Model appropriate behaviour and skills

The successful Nurse will receive a competitive annual salary of £32,140.00 PA. This exciting position is for 37.5 hours per week on night shifts only. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
