The Care Centre, in Daventry, accepts elderly, respite and dementia care admissions, including for people with physical disabilities, as well as offering day care services to the local community. 

The successful candidate will be offered an excellent salary of £13.75 per hour plus other great benefits.

You will be responsible for:

* Leading the shift, assessing priorities, delegating available resource effectively and ensuring documentation is completed.
* Administering, recording and ordering medication.
* Reviewing the care needs of patients, analysing trends to ensure clinical reports are maintained accurately and care is delivered accordingly based on each patient’s requirements.

You will have:

A Registered Nurse (RGN) qualification

*Current registration with the NMC and a legal right to work in the UK
*The ability to use your skills to develop care plans and assessments
*A good understanding of the care programme approach and risk assessment
