Contracts Supervisor/Manager (246jc) – Nottingham – up to £45k + Benefits DOE

My client has grown to become one of the UK’s biggest names in structural floor industry and have completed some instantly recognisable projects, working on the likes of premier league football clubs, luxury hotels, high rise office buildings to name a few.

They have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our expanding team and are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Site Supervisor to oversee multiple projects across the UK.

Experience within the construction industry is essential with knowledge of structural steel, metal deck and concrete preferred.

You must be prepared to work away from home as required, and your key responsibilities will include:
• Site visits to ongoing contracts across the country and you will be out and about 75% of the time.
• Pre-start meetings
• Management of site installation teams
• Handover & quality checks
• Toolbox Talks
• Manage and deliver RAMS.

Therefore, to be eligible for this role you will need the following: -
• CSCS Card / SMSTS Qualification
• Full UK Driving License
• Hardworking & reliable with a determination to succeed.

The ideal candidate would be someone Stud Welding sector, however candidates who have a strong general construction background would also be interesting and if you are keen to develop yourself into this highly specialised sector.

In return they are offering a good starting salary, from £26 to 45k, with candidates who have come from Stud Welding sector would probably realise the high salary base, on top of the salary they are also offering company car, laptop and phone, workplace pension, life insurance as well as ongoing training and development. Your working week will be Mon – Fri.
