An outstanding new job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Director of Clinical Services to work in an exceptional private hospital service based in the Nottingham area. As the Director of Clinical Services you will be working for one of UK’s leading health care providers.

This service is a private hospital with an excellent reputation for delivering high quality healthcare for self pay/insured and NHS patients. The private hospital treatments include full diagnostic and endoscopy procedures, weight loss surgery, orthopaedic surgery including spinal treatment, physiotherapy and cosmetic surgery.

As the Director of Clinical Services your key responsibilities include:

·         Ability to achieve a high standard of clinical care by auditing, analysing trends and directing the team to deliver results

·         Ensuring the safeguarding of patients and that systems are in place for reporting incidents.

·         The ability to carry out comprehensive assessments on potential new residents

·         A proven track record of leadership and able to manage a team ensuring that the Hospital complies with CQC requirements

·         The ability to support Clinical leads in the management of their teams

An ideal Director of Clinical Services must have these skills as they are beneficial for this position

·         Excellent communication skills

·         NMC Registered

·         Proven experience in managing a team, within a Hospital setting

·         Good IT skills

·         Able to show a can-do attitude always

The successful Director of Clinical Services will receive an excellent annual salary from £58,000 - £60,000 per annum. This exciting position is a Full Time role working 37.5 hours a week. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
