Ward Manager
An amazing opportunity as arisen for a committed Ward Manager to work with one of UK's leading healthcare providers. As a Ward Manager you will be working in the Nottinghamshire area.
This special hospital offers low secure, psychiatric intensive care, and rehabilitation and recovery services for females aged 18 years or older with a primary condition of mental illness and personality disorder. They work with females who are stepping down from secure services, or stepping up from community or other inpatient rehabilitation care.
As a Ward Manager your day to day duties include:
· Planning and co-ordinating the quality and management of nursing care, patient care and the clinical environment
· Rota management
· Quality improvement objectives
· Participating fully with the multidisciplinary team and level 2 on-call rota requirements
· Undertaking direct patient care where necessary
· Ensuring the ward complies with statutory regulations, current legislation and meets quality standards
· Responsible for efficient and effective use of nursing resources

The successful Ward Manager will receive an excellent salary of £40,766.96. This exciting position is for 37.5 hours a week. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
