Fantastic job opening for a Clinical Lead/ Deputy Manager/ Dementia Lead to work with one of the UK’s leading care provider. As a manager you will be working in medium size service which offers care for people with dementia.

The prestigious service is located in Oxford area and has 2 services on site. The home is dementia specialist home

The successful nurse will be offered an excellent salary of £17.50 - £18.00 per hour plus other great benefits.

To join this flagship service you’ll need to have previous experience in a similar role and be able to demonstrate a solid understanding of Elderly Care including the latest and best practices in Dementia Care. You’ll also need an active NMC Pin along with the high level of clinical expertise necessary to lead and develop a strong clinical team. Ultimately, as well as your in-depth knowledge of person-centered care, CQC care practices and Quality Assurance processes, you will also have a strong commitment to making the lives of those in your care better.

Also would be advantage of having the following skills;

To be considered for this role you must be Registered Nurse and have experience in a senior role.
