This Oxfordshire based marketing agency have been running successful campaigns for healthcare and pharmaceutical clients since the late 1990s. As such they have a very well established client list and have been awarded many times. They show no sign of slowing down and grew impressively last year again.
On this occasion, they are keen to find an account manager with a minimum of 3 years experience in a marketing agency ideally with some exposure to healthcare clients.
Core responsibilities
This person will manage, co-ordinate and control the process of delivering a customer’s campaign, ranging from full product launch to bespoke digital solutions. The role spans the entire campaign lifecycle from client brief, assisting with the proposal and carrying on after launch to manage the client’s expectations and delivery of finished items (concepts, print and digital content)
The Account Manager owns the relationship with the client and is the main contact for the duration of the project, leading customer communication and co-ordinating efforts between business development, content production, design and development and engaging the customer to respond to queries and approve materials as quickly as possible.
The successful candidate will be joining an upbeat, friendly team of people that are passionate about what they do.
