An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Deputy Manager/Clinical Lead to join one of the leading care companies in the UK. The prestigious home is highly dedicated in providing all staff and residents with the dignity and respect they deserve.

The right candidate will work 42 hours per week and will be paid a competitive salary of £16.00 per hour plus other generous benefits.

The suitable candidate will have the following skills which are essential for this role:

·         Good nursing experience

·         Able to write care plans

·         Assist the Home Manager with management of staff – this will include motivating the team, training/development and performance management

·         Able to show empathy and warmth

·         Ensure the adherence to all requirements and regulations lay down under the Care Standards Act 2000 and all other necessary legislation.

·         Dementia awareness

You must be qualified as an RGN and have recordable experience in the relevant areas.
