An amazing job opportunity has arisen for a committed Clinical Unit Lead to work with one of UK's leading healthcare providers. As a Clinical Unit Lead you will be working in the Preston area.

This care home has an extensively trained team that deliver all nursing, specialist care and support services that each one requires.  The home encourages suggestions from family members that might make residents stay with us that little bit more lively.

As a Clinical Unit Lead your day to day duties include:

·         Working with the MDT to ensure that care provided is appropriate.

·         Provide safe and effective processes for the ordering, handling, storage, administration, recording and disposal of drugs.

·         Review and document care plans on a regular basis.

·         Positively promote the home.

·         Participate in training of newly qualified nurses.

·         Participate in an on-call system to support the nurse in charge.

·         Participate in supervision and training of new and existing staff.

·         Complying with all legal and regulatory policies and procedures.

·         Promoting choice, independence, dignity and respect.

·         Adhering to the NMC Code and updating your professional knowledge.

The successful Clinical Unit Lead will be offered an excellent salary of £17.50 per hour and the annual salary for this position is £40,040. This exciting position is for full time. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
