One of our client are a family run care group providing quality residential and nursing care for the elderly in mainly the Preston area. They have been providing quality care for our residents for over 30 years and pride ourselves on the happy welcoming atmosphere of our homes. The group provide a full range of care for residential and nursing needs, for both long term and respite periods.
About The Role
The successful candidate will ensure the promotion of high standards of nursing care, by ensuring all staff are supervised appropriately and the shift runs in a smooth and efficient manner. You will perform all general nursing duties, following CQC and NMC guidelines, and report to the home manager, update care plans and administer safe medication. You will provide a high standard of care and work within a team as well as on your own initiative. Benefits package includes:

All applicants must have a valid NMC registration and a valid PIN. You must have excellent communication and written skills and have previous experience working within a nursing home or elderly care setting. Self-motivated, resilient and well-organised, you will be a team player but able to work on your own initiative. You will be dependable, able to work well under pressure and flexible to meet the needs of the residents and the home.
