An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a RGN Unit Lead to join one of the leading health care providers in the UK. We are excited to announce that as a RGN unit lead you will be working for a company which has an excellent reputation in the area and   is highly dedicated and committed in providing the highest standards of care to all residents within their care.

The prestigious nursing home consists of a 30 bedded unit that provides a caring environment for people with general nursing needs who may or may not be living with early dementia.

The successful candidate for this role will be paid a competitive salary of £16.50 per hour plus other generous benefits and will be working and you will be working 37.5+ hours per week.

The ideal candidate will be very confident and hardworking and will have the following skills which are essential for this role:

·         Excellent Leadership skills

·         Dedicated & Hard working

·         Person centred

·         a competent, motivated and flexible senior nurse with experience of leading effective teams

·         good dementia experience

·         able to delegate staff

·         able to cope under pressure

You must be qualified as a RGN with recordable experience in a similar role.
