Clinical Team leader for CAMHS & PICU

One of the leading Healthcare Providers is currently seeking a Clinical Team Leader (Registered RMN or RNLD Nurse) to join a Specialist Service located in Sheffield.

The Service provides personalised care for young people aged between 13 and 18 who are experiencing a mental health crisis or those that cannot be supported in community settings. The service includes women’s service, low secure mental illness and locked rehabilitation service, adolescent’s service and many others.

The successful Nurse will receive a competitive salary of £28,853 to £37,599 per annum with excellent additional benefits which includes free car parking, subsidised meals, free life assurance, childcare vouchers and EAP.

As a Clinical Team Leader you will be joining the CAMHS and Adult services where you will promote high standards of care for the service users. You will be expected to be committed and driven to provide the highest quality of care that can be provided for the patients. You will need excellent interpersonal skills as you will be working within a multidisciplinary team and liaising with a wide variety of people. You will need experience in older adult’s mental health and have excellent communication skills along with an understanding of the relevant national policies and frameworks and the Mental Health Act.

Having knowledge of and interest in, the mentoring of students and the supervision and appraisal processes is also desirable. You must be a qualified Registered Mental Health Nurse or Registered Nurse of Learning Disabilities with a minimum of 2 years experience.
