My client, who is an international manufacturing with over 360,000 personnel across the globe are now seeking to recruit an experience Hydraulic Field Service Engineer for its St Neots site.

As a Hydraulic Field Service Engineer for, you are guaranteed that no two days will ever be the same. Based at their HQ in St Neots, you will be required to attend customers sites to service and maintain as well as repair, install, commission, and troubleshoot our range of standard products and bespoke product solutions in the field.
UK and occasional overseas travel necessitating overnight stays will be required. Performing well in this job means going the extra mile and supporting the identification and development of service opportunities when on customer sites. You will be highly skilled, personable, resilient, and reliable. You may work autonomously, but you will very much be part of a team, expected to collaborate and pragmatically solve problems.
In such times as you are not fully occupied in the field or carrying out associated administration, you will directly support our sales and product management teams as well as providing hands on support to our Head Office in St Neots.
To be eligible for this role you will need the following:
• HNC or equivalent relevant technical qualification in a Mechanical discipline.
• Appreciation of Mechanical Engineering and Electric/Electronic Control systems.
• Computer Literate.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products and CRM systems.
• Good communication with strong colleague \ customer interfacing skills.
In return they are offering an excellent starting salary, but with a benefits package which is 2nd to none, it includes 26 days + BH which increases to 30 days, life assurance of 7 times annual salary, matched pension scheme of up to 8% match by the client, Permanent Health Insurance, cycle to work scheme and other benefits. You will be based on St. Neots site, so when you don’t have any field roles, you will be working from the site.
