Experienced RMN Unit Manager for Small Independent Hospital

An exciting job opportunity has arisen for a RMN Unit Manager to work for one of the leading care companies in the UK. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a company which is highly dedicated and committed in providing the highest standards of care to all residents/patients within their care.

As a RMN Unit Manager you will be working in a small independent mental health hospital in the local area which provides rehabilitation and recovery for people with severe and enduring mental health problems.

The successful candidate for this role will be paid a competitive salary of £40,000-£45,000 per annum plus many other generous benefits and will be working 37.5 hours per week.

As a unit manager you will lead and further develop the service, enhance the recovery focus and outcomes and lead a multi- disciplinary team.

You will have extensive mental health experience, management experience within a healthcare setting, excellent people management skills, Computer literate, an understanding of the role of the Care Quality Commission, demonstrable market knowledge and customer relationship skills & Demonstrable effective budgetary management.

You must also be registered with the NMC as a Registered Mental Nurse.
