Community Nurse
An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Community Nurse with a base in the Lightwater, Surrey area in a surgery. You will be working for one of UK’s leading health care providers
This service treats those minor ailments that occur as well as providing specialist management of long-term conditions and clinics covering a wide range of healthcare issues
**To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Nurse either RGN, RMN or RNLD with a current active NMC Pin**
As a Nurse your key duties include:
· Work within one of the 4 teams in Surrey Heath under the clinical leadership of the District Nurses
· Responsible for contributing to the holistic assessment, planning delivery and evaluation of care to patients within their own homes
· Implement, monitor and maintain high standards of care delivery at all times
· Care for patients and their families in the best way possible using our care, think, do standards
· Deliver our high service standards, sharing best practice, and actively improving the way we work
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
· Ability to work both independently and also as part of a wider multidisciplinary team
· Have strong communication and organisation skills
· A flexible approach which will ensure you deliver positive experiences to patients at every stage of their healthcare journey
· You will have a full UK driving license with access to a car for work purposes
· You will also need to be confident using IT systems and be able to demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages i.e. Outlook, Word, and Excel
