We are very excited to present a fantastic new job opportunity for a Committed Registered Mental Health Nurse Ward Manager to join the leading independent providers of Mental Health Services. This is a brilliant opportunity for a Registered Manager to work for a company which is highly dedicated and committed in providing the highest standards of care to all patients within their care.

The establishment is an independent hospital that specialises in the treatment and management of specialist complex care for people with enduring mental health and physical needs. You will be working in a secure Forensic ward.

The right candidate for this role will be paid a competitive salary of up to £38,000 per annum depending on experience plus enhancements for unsociable hours and other generous benefits such as:

·         Annual payment of £1000 for continuous service for the first three years

·         25 days annual leave plus Bank holidays, and extra leave after 5 and 10 years’ service

·         Pension scheme with employer contribution, Plus many other great benefits.

The successful candidate will have the following skills:

·         Management experience within a hospital  setting

·         Experience of working in and contributing to a multi-professional team approach

·         Experience of leading teams

·          Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·          Excellent people management skills

·          Excellent organisational skills

·         Computer literate

·         An understanding of the role of the Care Quality Commission

·         Be able to demonstrate market knowledge and customer relationship skills

·         Be able to demonstrate effective budgetary management

·         An understanding of Current Mental Health Legislation

·         Current strategies for Mental Health Services

You must be qualified as a RMN with at least 2-3 years experience in the relevant fields.
