We have an exciting opening for a RGN Clinical lead, our client is excited to announce that as a RGN Clinical lead you will be working for one of the leading care organisations in the UK.

As a CLINICAL LEAD your responsibilities will include:

*To provide effective clinical leadership, coaching and direct supervision for the nurses and care staff within the home, maintaining the highest possible standard of nursing /residential care and where possible leading by example.

*To plan, assess, implement and evaluate the care given to the residents.
*To delegate work to the nursing and care staff and monitor the care given.
*To contribute to the personal needs of the individual residents and ensure they enjoy a good quality of life by providing a friendly caring environment.
*To be able to work as a team under the supervision of the Matron / Manager
*To step up in the absence of the Matron / Manager when required. 
*To ensure the standard of care to our residents as required by NMC code of professional conduct.

Applicants shall:

*Be a qualified RGN with a full and active PIN registration.
*Be Patient Orientated, proactive, responsive and have a high level of clinical skills and a high attention to detail, Previous experience in a Nursing Home setting is essential.
*Be able to demonstrate longevity and sustainability in previous employment.
