Rapid Response Team Leader - Occupational or Physiotherapist
An exciting new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Rapid Response Team Leader to work in an exceptional health centre based in the Camberley, Surrey area. You will be working for one of UK’s leading health care providers
The Rapid Response Team is expanding and we are looking for a knowledgeable, motivated, Physio or OT with strong clinical decision making skills
**Will accept Occupational Therapists or Physiotherapists with HCPC Registration**
As the Team Leader your key responsibilities include:
· You’ll join be working within a team with a "Good "CQC rating
· You’ll be working as part of the wider Integrated Care Team based in Surrey Heath, where we deliver services such as Falls, Intermediate Care, Rapid Response and Long-term Rehab
· Within the wider Integrated Care team, you will work alongside, Adult social Care, Community Matrons, District Nurses and Older Adult Mental Health Team, to deliver joined up care for our local community
· You will be running the day to day operations of the service, alongside the team as well as working clinically
· You will offer support and supervision to other team members and work closely with the other therapy leads within the acute and community setting
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
· You will also need to be confident using IT systems and be able to demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages i.e. Outlook, Word, and Excel
· Excellent communication skills
· Able to show a can-do attitude always
· Able to supervise junior staff and students
· A proactive approach, prioritisation and problem solving skills
