Registered Deputy Nurse Manager
Excellent job opening for a Registered Deputy Nurse Manager to work with one of the UK's leading healthcare provider. The deputy manager will be offered an excellent salary of £45,000 per annum plus other great benefits.
The care home is committed to providing residents with high-quality residential, nursing and dementia care. The home is well established in Ewell with a 20-year track record in the local community.
The successful candidate will be offered an excellent salary of £45,000 per annum plus other benefits.
Your daily remit will include:
- Assessing clients to ensure all needs are met and subsequently to monitor the planning, delivery and on-going evaluation of care
- Medication management to comply with company policies on ordering, administration, storage and destruction of medications.
- Conducting clinical audits and overseeing RN’s to ensure person centred Care Plans are reviewed and updated as per company policy.
- Continually assessing and supervising the work of staff to ensure consistently high standards and the efficient running of the Care Home
- Ensuring that the day to day care provision is delivered in accordance with CQC standards, Health & Safety legislation and company policies and procedures.
- Management of staff rotas, sickness / absence in accordance with company’s policy
What you need:
- At least 12 months experience working as a Deputy Manager/Clinical Lead within a healthcare home environment
- Experience in working effectively under pressure.
- Empathetic nature with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to be flexible with working hours if required
