Registered Nurse Deputy Manager
Excellent job opening for a experienced Registered Nurse Deputy Manager to work with of the UK’s leading healthcare provider. As a deputy manager you will be working in highly reputable service within the Camberley area.

The care home is a luxury care home providing residential,
nursing and dementia care including trial stays, short stay and convalescent
care, as well as long-term care.
Opened in September 2017, the service has been chosen to provide maximum
comfort and well being for residents in a comfortable environment where the
highest standard of care can be given.
Leadership and People Management
- To lead by example and develop effective teams within the Home.
- Develop a positive working environment which nurtures and rewards good practice through a programme of training and development.
- Provide regular supervision and annual appraisal to Team Leaders and Senior Members of staff in line with Company procedures and standards.
- To ensure good quality working relationships are built and maintained between staff and the individuals they are supporting.
- Ensure a range of meetings take place to include weekly residents and Team Leader meetings and fortnightly staff meetings.
- Work with the Recruitment and Training Manager to ensure the recruitment and retention of staff with a positive value base and person centred approach.
- Provide support and guidance to the staff team.
- Ensure staff attend all mandatory and refresher training.
- Where necessary ensure that all disciplinary and grievance procedures are carried out in line with Company policy and statutory requirements.
- To manage change effectively
- Provide regular on call cover
- Ensure staff adhere to the Codes of Practice and rules, policies and procedures contained in the Staff Handbook.

You must be Registered Nurse to be qualified for this role and have experience in senior role.
