RMN Charge Nurse For High Dependency Unit

We have a fantastic new opportunity for RMN Charge Nurse to work in HD unit in pristine mental health hospital. This is an exciting opportunity for a Charge Nurse to work within our established nursing team on the Acute Adult Mental Health ward.

The post holder must be an experienced RMN with at least 2 years post registration.

The successful applicant will be patient centred and have the clinical ability to provide a high quality evidence based service, and the management skills to support the Ward Manager and the multi-disciplinary team.

You will need to be a confident and effective leader who is motivated, dynamic and have a good working knowledge in mental health. Experience in an Acute Adult Mental Health setting would be an advantage.

The successful candidate for this role will be paid a competitive salary £29,000-£33,000 per annum.
