This is a great opportunity to work in a nursing home within the Walsall area. The successful candidate will be working within a Nursing unit in the home.

The salary for this role is £15.00 per hour plus many other generous benefits and you will be working 36 hours per week including 1 super numery shift.

We are looking for a reliable Unit Lead with preferably the following experience:

·         Excellent verbal and communication skills i.e. must be able to complete detailed Service User care plans,

·         Excellent organisational skills,

·         Must be able to prioritise,

·         Ability to work as part of team and on own initiative i.e. operating and leading a shift in absence of care home Manager.

You must be registered with the NMC as a Registered General Nurse; the ideal candidate will either be a senior nurse looking to take on a role as a unit lead or someone who has experience of leading a team within a unit.
