An amazing job opportunity has for a passionate RMN Nurse to work with one of UK's leading health care providers. As a RMN you will be working in the Walsall area.
This special hospital is a rehabilitation and recovery service set within a modern, purpose-built mental health centre, specifically designed to support both males and females who have severe, complex and enduring mental health needs, which might include treatment-resistant conditions.
As a RMN your day to day duties include:
· Ensure the highest possible standards of care, assessing patients' needs and wishes, and developing services to enhance their quality of life.
· Champion appropriate independence and personal choice; developing, reviewing and updating care plans to meet our patients physical and social needs.
· Oversee all aspects of medicine management on your shift – ensuring medicines are appropriately received, stored and administered, in accordance with company policies and current legislation.
· Ensure all elements of patients experience are positive, from admission to discharge.
· Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory and best practice guidelines – identify, investigate and resolve risks proactively.
· Ensure you follow a rigorous monitoring and recording practice; documenting efficiently, and thoroughly all matters relating to patients and employees
An ideal Nurse must have these skills as they are beneficial for this position:
· Able to work with people who have acute mental health illnesses
· Able to write care plans
· Nursing Experience
· Knowledge of the Mental Health Act
The successful RMN will receive an excellent salary of £33,000. This exciting position is for 37.5 hours a week. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
