This is a great opportunity to work in a nursing home within the Walsall area. The successful candidate will be working within a challenging behaviour unit in the home.

We are looking for an experienced Unit Lead with the following experience: Excellent verbal and communication skills i.e. must be able to complete detailed Service User care plans, excellent organisational skills, Must be able to prioritise, Ability to work as part of team and on own initiative i.e. operating and leading a shift in absence of care home Manager.

The salary for this role is £16.00 per hour plus many other generous benefits and you will be working 36 hours per week including 2 supernumery shifts

You must be registered with the NMC as a Registered Mental Nurse and have at least 2 years experience in the relevant fields.
