This is a commission based position, where generous commissions can be earned on successfully gaining new instructions and completing tenancies.

Choice Lets Ltd are a Letting Agency specialising with Housing Benefit tenants as well as professional tenants. You will be working with people direct and making decisions to suit. We are looking for enthusiasts who offer good personality, excellent time keeping, positive attitude that is looking to grow their own goals. Must be self motivated and willing to seek continuous improvement in new skills and areas.

You will receive full training within your Internship programme along with personal mentoring to increase your self-confidence and personal effectiveness.

We are looking for an organised, determined and responsible individual for this role. The role is office based, however it is essential you have your own car to visit properties periodically. You will need to have good computer skills and strong communication skills.
