Fantastic job opportunity has come available for a RN Deputy Home Manager to work with one of the UK’s leading healthcare provider. As a deputy manager you will be working in high recommended service in Warrington.

The care home is a  is a purpose-built 120 bedded property offering residential, nursing, residential dementia service, nursing dementia services, respite and end of life care as well as specialist care for adults with physical disabilities.

The successful nurse will be offered an excellent salary of £18 per hour equivalent to £41,184 per year pro rata plus other great benefits.

You will be overseeing a team to deliver an outstanding level of care and, in the Home Manager’s absence, taking responsibility for leading that team and running the home. And, whether you’re helping a colleague to develop their performance, administering prescribed medicines or preparing an incident report, you’ll always have resident wellbeing in mind above anything else.

You’ll be a Registered Nurse with an NMC Pin. You’ll also have leadership and recruitment experience in a care home, as well as knowledge of national standards and person centred care planning. Beyond that, it’s all about your brilliant, positive energy and natural ability to get along with people. So, whenever you communicate with a resident or co-worker, you’ll be truly considerate and kind.

                To be considered for role you must be Registered Nurse and have experience in nursing for at least 12 months.
