An amazing Job opportunity has just opened for a committed RMN or RNLD to work with one of UK's Leading Healthcare Providers. We are looking for a passionate and caring individual with a proven ability to lead, motivate and mentor a team within a highly reputable service within the West Midlands.

 

About the service

 Our client provides specialist psychiatric rehabilitation and recovery service to males aged 18 years or older with enduring mental illness and/or personality disorder.

Our clients aim to provide the patients with the skills that they need to lead a happy and fulfilling life back in the community. They support those requiring short periods of care prior to moving out of acute services, as well as those stepping down from secure treatment.

 

As a nurse, your duties will include:

  • You will be responsible for administering medication to patients
  • Monitoring the patient’s mental health throughout the shift.
  • Supervising Care Support Workers on your shift and encouraging group work within your shift.

 

About you

In order to be applicable for the Registered Nurse’s role you will need to be a hard working and confident individual.

You must have the following skills and knowledge as they are beneficial for this role:

·         Able to communicate effectively and to develop professional relationships

·         The ability to lead a team, analyse problems and propose solutions or improvements

·         Respectful of the values, views and needs of other

·         People Management experience 

·         Experience of participating in quality and clinical governance programmes

Able to show a can-do attitude always

 

The Registered Nurse’s position is full time for 37.5 hours per week and the successful nurse will receive an excellent annual salary of £32,133.00 PA plus generous benefits in return of all their hard work and commitment.  Benefits include:
