Registered Nurse (RMN, RNLD)
An amazing job opportunity has arisen for a motivated RMN or RNLD to join an exceptional hospital service located in the West Midlands. As a Nurse you will be working for one of UK’s leading health care providers.
This special hospital aim to provide patients with the skills that they need to lead a happy and fulfilling life back in the community. They support those requiring short periods of care prior to moving out of acute services, as well as those stepping down from secure treatment.
As a nurse, your duties will include:
- Ensure the highest possible standards of care, assessing patients' needs and wishes, and developing services to enhance their quality of life.
- Champion appropriate independence and personal choice; developing, reviewing and updating care plans to meet our patients physical and social needs.
- Oversee all aspects of medicine management on your shift – ensuring medicines are appropriately received, stored and administered, in accordance with company policies and current legislation.
- Ensure all elements of patients experience are positive, from admission to discharge.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory and best practice guidelines – identify, investigate and resolve risks proactively.
- Ensure you follow a rigorous monitoring and recording practice; documenting efficiently, and thoroughly all matters relating to patients and employees
An ideal Nurse must have these skills as they are beneficial for this position: :
· Able to communicate effectively and to develop professional relationships
· The ability to lead a team, analyse problems and propose solutions or improvements
· Respectful of the values, views and needs of other
· People Management experience
· Experience of participating in quality and clinical governance programmes
· Able to show a can-do attitude always
