Excellent opening for Clinical Support Nurse to work with one of the UK’s leading healthcare provider.As a Clinical Nurse you will be working in highly reputable services within West Sussex area. Our client is looking to recruit a dynamic Clinical Support Nurse who has up to date knowledge of Clinical Nursing Procedures associated with older people with complex health care needs. This role will primarily based in West Sussex but national travel will be required at times

Required Qualifications/Experience

·         Registered Nurse

·         Recent Clinical Experience 

·         Have a minimum of 2 years experience in the caring for older persons in a relevant setting (acute/community setting as appropriate)         

 The post holder will be responsible for

1.     Nurturing our Nurses to develop their clinical practice and expertise to ensure the best possible outcomes for our Service Users.

2.     Providing expert advice and support to Nursing Services in our South East Region

The successful Nurse will be offered an excellent salary of £40,000 per hour plus other great benefits such as car allowances.

This will include:

·         Supporting our Nursing Services by giving expert clinical advice, this includes regular visits to Care homes in our South East Region  

·         Contributing to the delivery of training and preparation of Overseas Nurses under guidance of the Nurse Educator.

·         Developing innovative methods of supporting and networking with our Nursing Establishment.  

·         Supporting on the implementation of a robust Clinical Supervision process across the company

·         Supporting the development of clinical policies and procedures

·         Supporting Service Managers to  implement the Preceptorship  Programme

·         Engaging in  the recruitment process of Nurses ( by attending local and national recruitment events)

To be considered for this excellent opportunity you must be Registered Nurse and have experience in nursing.
