An amazing new job has just arisen for a Home Manager to join one of the Leading care companies in the UK based within the West Sussex area. You will be working for a organisation which prides itself in providing the highest standards of care to all he residents within their care.

 

This special care home provides long stay and respite residential care for older people with physical frailty and for older people who are living with dementia. A fully qualified care team provide the very highest standard of care to residents 24 hours a day.

 

As a RGN home manager your day to day duties will include:

·         Ensure the home is a caring and safe environment at all times

·         Oversee teams to ensure individual needs of service users are met

·         Promote dignity, independence and rights to privacy

·         Recruit, Lead and develop staff

·         Work towards legal and CQC requirements at all times and drive the home to “outstanding”

·         Have full budget responsibility

·         Engage with new customers and maintain positive relationships with existing referrers

·         Providing leadership & supervision for the healthcare staff

·         Delivering the highest standards of care with dignity and respect

·         Complying with all legal, regulatory and best practice guideline

 

The ideal Manager must have these skills and knowledge as they are beneficial to this position:

·         Managing a care home with nursing is essential

·         Passionate about Dementia care

·         Experience in providing and reviewing care assessments and plans in accordance to CQC                               requirements

·         Experience in recruiting, developing and managing a team

·         Experience of managing and working towards budgets

·         Capable of increasing occupancy and marketing the home as a brand

·         Excellent communication skills-confident working with local authorities and building new contacts

 

The successful Manager will be paid an excellent annual salary of £70,000 PA. This exciting position is for 37.5 hours per week on day shifts only. in return for all your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
