Our clients deliver elderly care services such as nursing, dementia; supported living, rehabilitation, day care, respite and specialist care for more complex needs such as mental health, Acquired Brain Injuries, Learning Disabilities and Physical Disabilities.

 

As a Nurse your day to day duties include:

·         Ensuring all elements of resident experience are positive, from admission to discharge.

·         Ensuring the highest possible standards of care.

·         Assessing residents' needs and wishes.

·         Developing services to enhance their quality of life.

·         Building the positive reputation of the Business.

·         Liaise professionally with visitors and other external stakeholders

·         Participate knowledgably and professionally to all inspection visits, ensuring your team is ready at all times to do the same.

·         Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory and best practice guidelines.

·         Identify, investigate and resolve risks proactively.

·         Act as a reflective and developmental practitioner by participating to continual professional development and meeting the requirements of professional revalidation. 

 

An ideal Nurse must have these skills as they are beneficial for this position:

·         Able to write Care Plans

·         Able to show Empathy and warmth

·         Able to carry out general nursing tasks such as Peg feeding, wound care, phlebotomy etc.

The successful Nurse for this position will be paid a competitive salary of £16.53 per hour and the annual salary for this position is £36,101.52. This exciting position is for 42 hours a week on nights. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
