Ward Manager
An amazing opportunity as arisen for a committed Ward Manager to work with one of UK's leading healthcare providers. As a Ward Manager you will be working in the West Sussex area.
This special hospital is a specialist service providing care for people with mental illnesses and/or personality disorders. They have a male acute service, high dependency units for males and females, a female low secure unit, and a specialist personality disorder unit.
As a Ward Manager your day to day duties include:
· Planning and co-ordinating the quality and management of nursing care, patient care and the clinical environment
· Rota management
· Quality improvement objectives
· Participating fully with the multidisciplinary team and level 2 on-call rota requirements
· Undertaking direct patient care where necessary
· Ensuring the ward complies with statutory regulations, current legislation and meets quality standards
· Responsible for efficient and effective use of nursing resources

The successful Ward Manager will receive an excellent salary of £43,412.00. This exciting position is for 37.5 hours a week. In return for your hard work and commitment your day to day duties you will receive the following generous benefits:
