New job opening for a Deputy Manager to work with one of the UK leading healthcare company. As a deputy manager you will be working in highly reputed service based in Wrexham area.

The care home is a 23 Bed mixed gender home for Adults aged 18 years & upwards with functional mental health issues.

The service main purpose is to help individuals with mental health problems achieve a more independent lifestyle within their chosen community.  We provide support and assistance according to each service user’s needs.  While some service users may move on to more independent living, for others this may be unrealistic and they are assisted in reaching their optimum level of functioning and expression of individual identities.

You are to support the Home Manager in ensuring that the home is maintained in accordance with our regulatory bodies. To line manage the senior team to ensure high standards of care and service are achieved within the home to regulatory standards. To support the Home Manager in managing resources to ensure sales and profits are maximised. To support the home Manager by being responsible for key areas of service provision and in their absence being responsible for the overall service, including providing, managing and coordinating of support for service users.

You will be inspected to ensure the ongoing provision for the individuals nursing care, covering the three main areas of:-

1. Psychiatric Nursing

2. Rehabilitation

3. Life Enhancement

The quality of care provided to each individual should be of an extremely high standard being sensitive to individual abilities, respecting privacy and catering for social, emotional, religious and cultural needs.  Individuals should always be encouraged to lead as independent a life as possible

You must be Registered Staff nurse and have experience in senior role.
