RGN or RMN Staff Nurse wanted

One of the leading Healthcare Services is currently seeking a Registered RGN or RMN Staff Nurse to join a highly respectable Care Home located in Wrexham.

The purpose-built home specialises in providing residential, nursing and dementia care within a safe and friendly environment. They pride themselves with offering personalised care with a commitment to meeting the residents’ physical, mental and emotional needs.

As a Staff Nurse your duties will be to:

v  Provide and supervise the delivery of high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with up to date, evidence-based professional practice and company policies

v  Assess, plan, implement and evaluate person-centred care for each individual that meets their needs and demonstrates outcomes within the expected timescales

v  Establish and maintain good relationships with the people we support, their relatives and staff

v  Ensure that  the people we support are treated with privacy, dignity and respect at all times

v  Ensure that individuals are safeguarded in accordance with “No Secrets” legislation, EC policy and local safeguarding policy

v  Undertake medication administration in accordance with best practice and prevailing NMC guidance and EC policies and procedures

We are looking for someone who has good nursing skills and is a team player. You should have a positive and flexible attitude and have the ability to delegate.

To be considered for this role you must be a qualified Registered General Nurse or Registered Mental Health Nurse with a current NMC registration.
