New job opening for a experienced Unit Lead to work with one of the UK’s leading healthcare provider . As a Unit Lead you will be working in highly reputable care home within the Rawcliffe .

A Unit Lead you will work in a team to ensure the delivery of excellent standards of care, in accordance with company policies and procedures; promoting rehabilitation, independence and dignity, positively enhancing the lives of individuals in our care. .

The service provides nursing care for people who live with more complex medical needs, whilst offering residential care for those who need support with everyday activities such as washing, dressing or eating, as well as keeping on top of taking medications. 

Nursing and residential care is also provided for those living with dementia. Respite or short stay care is available to give family or friends a well-earned break

The successful candidate will be offered an excellent salary of £16.50 per hour plus other great benefits.

NMC Registered Nurse
